RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER

Pro Image Sports gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless, and undamaged merchandise purcahsed on proimagesports.com for a refund within 30 days of original payment. We will not issue refunds on orders over 30 days. Original devliery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Order Cancellations

We typically cannot cancel your order once it is submitted. Order processing begins immediately in order to get your products out quickly. Alternatively, when you receive your order, we are happy to take it back using our return instructions below.

If you would like to cancel your order, send an email to service@proimagesports.com to try cancelling your order. You may call 801-296-9999 during business hours as well to try cancelling. Business hours are M-F, 9am-5pm Mountain Time.

Please DO NOT complete the form below if you wish to cancel. That is only for returns where you have already received the product.

Exchanges

Send your item back for a refund and order again when you're ready. If the size you need is out of stock, please proceed with the return process below. 

Wrong or Defective Item?

Take a picture and email it to support@proimagesports.com along with your order number and the item you were expecting. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

We have been notified of your return. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Please ship the item(s) you'd like to return to the address below using a trackable shipping method. This can the postal office, FedEx, or UPS.
