RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER

Pro Image Sports gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless, and undamaged merchandise purchased on proimagesports.com for a refund within 30 days of original payment. We will not issue refunds on orders over 30 days. Items that were obviously worn will be rejected and returned to you and no refund will be issued. Original devliery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. See full return policy here.

Once you place your order, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may use the form below to start a return.

Exchanges

Send your item back for a refund and order again when you're ready. If the size you need is out of stock, please proceed with the return process below. 

Wrong or Defective Item?

Take a picture and email it to [email protected] along with your order number and the item you were expecting. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
